This is one of the newest stalls in pavilion and they specialize in extra large fried chicken. I got the original fried chicken with no spices on it as I wanted to see how different it would be from the other fried chicken out there. The staff only fries the chicken if there is an order so do expect to wait at least 10 minutes for your fried chicken. The skin of the chicken was golden brown but not as oily as I thought it would be. The flesh was dry and chunky though but the chicken was very big

The skin of the chicken was golden brown but not as oily as I thought it would be. The flesh was dry and chunky though but the chicken was very big, nearly the size of two of my palms. The chicken was pretty tasteless as the staff only dusted a layer of seasonings on the skin and I can’t taste anything except the chicken.Post
