Hubby and I were passing by Taang Shifu when the waiter standing outside the restaurant approached us to entice us to patron the restaurant. Since I have not sampled their dishes, I decided to do so, since it was nearly dinnertime anyway. We ordered the French Beans with Puer Tea Leaves, as the dish sounded quite enticing. Since I have not sampled their dishes, I decided to do so, since it was nearly dinnertime anyway. We ordered the French Beans with Puer Tea Leaves, as the dish sounded quite enticing. The french beans were fried to perfection, as it was still crunchy, not overcooked. The black bits of puer tea leaves and minced meat was quite tangy and went well with the french beans. Overall, definitely recommended!
