Food Foundry got to be one of my favourite eat outs of all time Well first of all, its located in Happy Mansion which is actually row of condos instead of a mansion haha and that translates to easier parking! The decoration is also just plain GORGEOUS! Walls are whitewashed with cute paint art on the wall. Cosy sofas and steel chair with sturdy backs line up around the tables. Vintage furniture such as steel lamps and lazy rattan chairs also adorned the place. The place is also airy and soft

Food Foundry got to be one of my favourite eat outs of all time

Well first of all, its located in Happy Mansion which is actually row of condos instead of a mansion haha and that translates to easier parking!

The decoration is also just plain GORGEOUS! Walls are whitewashed with cute paint art on the wall. Cosy sofas and steel chair with sturdy backs line up around the tables. Vintage furniture such as steel lamps and lazy rattan chairs also adorned the place. The place is also airy and soft breeze will blow by at night.

The overall look is vintage, clean and cosy
which i really love. I guess the owner is also into interior decoration as well judging by the large amount of interior decor magazines on the shelf next to the tables.

Anyhow now onto the food!

The picture above is their lasagne. It was really good and highly recommended!
Lasagne was warm when served and the layers was soft and crispy. Tomato paste are bursting through the seams of lasagne layers and my beef meat was juicy and tender. It was really good and I am highly satisfied with the meal. My only complain is that i want MORE of it haha The whole lasagne makes me craves more for it actually haha

The picture above was the special of the day - (cannot rmb what's the name of the dish) mozzarella cheese-fried boneless chicken chop served the garnished coleslaw and fries. I thought it was okay overall - the chicken does not seems to be special, just ordinary. But the coleslaw was absolutely top notch, not so sour and not too lemony.

Well I guess now you would be wondering why didnt we review Crepe cakes? Which Food Foundry is more famous of. Haha. I guess its just the notion that many reviewers probably raved and swoon over the Crepe cakes alreasy haha so I just spotlight onto the main dishes instead.

Hope this review is usefull for fellow food hunters out there!
