Fajitas at Fresca have a mix of beef and chicken (RM 41). Fajitas are perhaps one of the most value for money items on Fresca's menu. Fajita dishes come served sizzling hot with accompanying guacamole, salsa and cream, and three pieces of tortilla. Both the beef and chicken pieces are very tasty; the beef is juicy and tender, while the chicken is soft and sweet. The salsa sauce is not too sour, so we like it a lot. Both the beef and chicken pieces are very tasty; the beef is juicy and tender, while the chicken is soft and sweet. The salsa sauce is not too sour, so we like it a lot. When wrap inside the tortilla, must put a little bit of all the sauce so it taste refreshing and not so dry. Overall we enjoy this very much, a cheap yet very satisfying meal.
