During the chatting time, we didn’t forget to order some light refreshment to accompany our drinks. This is the egg sandwich offered from the menu. The bread used was whole meal bread, which I prefer over white bread. The egg sandwich was nicely put together with lots of tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and cucumber. The eggs were seasoned well with salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Some crispy potato chips were added to the side.
