Egg benedict. Egg benedict is a new thing for me to try on in my eating list. Tray Cafe's version came with a piece of bread, ham, poached egg with hollandaise sauce. A piece of bread was used instead of the conventional muffin. The poached egg was done nicely, not overcooked. The ham gave the Egg benedict a slightly salty taste. Overall, it was quite a good Egg benedict.
