Whenever I step out of my comfort zone and try out a new restaurant, I would look around and see what the other patrons are having before taking a peek at the menu. Whenever I step out of my comfort zone and try out a new restaurant, I would look around and see what the other patrons are having before taking a peek at the menu. So one day I decided to give Swensen's a try after passing by the interesting logo a few times. There were a few patrons and all of them had a sundae in front of them albeit different flavors.

I told the waiter I was just looking for something light since I already had a heavy lunch and he recommended Swensen's Banana Split and Earthquake. My friend and I took the latter.

Earthquake has eight different scoop of ice-creams and each ice-cream had a different topping that complements the flavor of the ice-cream. Personally I liked the butterscotch ice-cream with a little caramel drizzle and a dollop of cream. It tasted very rich and creamy. We were told that the dry ice in the middle is to chill the ice-cream and decoration purpose.
