I first heard about this famous tasty street food from one of the local TV program. It seems unique and highly recommended by the host. Thus, finally I make a bold step to give it a try for am not a fan of any liver The name “Sze Ngan Chai” a.k.a. “Four-eyed Lad”, is indeed quite funny, haha.So thought of attempting the first trial challenge! It seems pretty normal like marinated roasted poultry from the outside. It has got this savoury taste of the sauce, which was quite thick and a bit sweet.

So thought of attempting the first trial challenge! It seems pretty normal like marinated roasted poultry from the outside. It has got this savoury taste of the sauce, which was quite thick and a bit sweet. The piece of so called parcel, was thoroughly covered in the reddish sauce with the duck liver wrapped tightly within the duck’s feet. I think by just slurping the flavorful sauce was nice but not until the first bite into the duck’s liver, haha! I just can’t take and perhaps, don’t know how to appreciate it’s heavenly texture. So I gave it a pass and white flag was raised
