Thus, I plan to have something much heavier to as to fill up my growling tummy satisfactorily. The idea of Dry Curry Noodle comes invitingly as I have not been savoring this fare for quite some time already. Good to know that we can have the dry version over here at Imbi. The noodle used is pretty common as those yellow mee that you would see elsewhere, but with less alkaline taste which comes as a good news to me. The plate of noodle is then garnished with assorted savoury stuffed fishcakes and bean curds that have been boiled earlier on and are thus, thoroughly infused with the curry gravy. The whole fare is then drenched with some curry soup before served with inhouse sambal which is quite delish and not too spicy. Overall, it could be quite oily but nevertheless, still remains as a humble and delectable simple dish.
