Queen is previously Known as Fatty crab where they sell Ala-Cate Steamboat but
after analysing the market they change their restaurant name to Dim Sum King Vs
Steamboat Queen and their concept to All You Eat Steamboat since the beginning
of June 2015 and they also included Dim Sum in their menu. In addition, they
changed their chef to who has a 20 years of experiences in cooking Industry and
their signature Pork Bone Soup is following Macau cooking style as the Boss
wanted to serve a good quality food for the customer. The interior are well
made and maintained. We are served with Dim Sum before our steamboat as this is
a food testing organised by the Openrice and we are well taken care by Mr
Patrick who was very kind and humble in explaining details of the foods.

It’s hard to resist the sweet custard filling nestle within a steamed pastry. It was a satisfying dessert just the fillings was a bit cool down after our photo sessions.

They have Tom Yum, Clear Soup, Pork Bone Soup and Porridge to go with steamboats. We tried Pork Bone soup as it is their hot selling soup in the restaurant. Pork Bone soup was yummy (No MSG). The Pork Bone soup was cooked together with Pork Bone, Turkey Ham, Milk (To give smooth texture) and vegetables. It was smooth, milky and every spoon was heaven. I drank almost 8 bowl of soup during my steamboat session because for me soup plays a very important role in Steamboats. To get this amazing taste, the Chef started cooking the Soup as early as 6am in the morning as he believes the longer you cook the tastier it becomes.

All the deep fried items are fried perfectly and generous with the fillings. You can hear the crunchy sound while munching it. Mayonnaise make a pleasant dip for these fried snacks.

It was a perfect dinner for me. The foods are delicious, Value for money and humble service. I really loved their Pork Bone Soup. There is no additional charge for the Pork Bone Soup and it is unlimited refills. You also can choose fresh seafood’s from the counter and request the chef to cook it for you according to your preference on the menu (Minimum 2 Pax). They are having a different concept to stand out from their competitors and attract customers by offering fresh seafood’s and value set during Lunch Hours. They are selling a voucher in Groupon which you guys can buy.

Thank you openrice for the invitation and I am happy to meet new bloggers and openrice members. See you can guys soon.
