Bar B Q Plaza is located at Second Floor of Paradigm Mall, just opposite Snowflake. It is a self cooking Mongolian and Japanese Style barbecue restaurant and is famous for it's special barbecue hot plate and the quality of the slice meat and vegetable. The first restaurant was opened in Thailand and is presence in Malaysia through a joitn venture with W.A Food Holding Sdn. Bhd. The first branch was opened in One Utama. The environment is nice and comfortable, but there are not too much of table
It is a self cooking Mongolian and Japanese Style barbecue restaurant and is famous for it's special barbecue hot plate and the quality of the slice meat and vegetable. The first restaurant was opened in Thailand and is presence in Malaysia through a joitn venture with W.A Food Holding Sdn. Bhd. The first branch was opened in One Utama. The environment is nice and comfortable, but there are not too much of table in the restaurant. So, normally you will need to queue up to get a table as it will table some time for one table to finish up their meal. We have ordered Deluxe Supreme Set, which consist of sirloin, beef, Australian lamb, pork, bacaon, chicken, squid, shrimp, jelly fish, green tea taufu, fish mushroom, udon, sliced cabbage, baby corn, carrot, lettuce, tomato, pumpkin, chinese mushroom and 2 bowls of rice. First, you will need to put the lard on top of the hot plate, as a cooking oil. Then put the slice meat oh the hot plate and start to barbecue. The soup which is pour around the hot plate can use to cook vegetable. With this kind of special hot plate, the juice of the meat which come out during barbecue will flow back to the soup around the hot plate, so the soup will be very sweet and delicious later. All the slice meat is really fresh and juicy. Overall, I am enjoying the barbecue experience here and the food is really nice.
