Let's talk about the item cooked in soup first. Each of the beancurd puffs, white tofu and lady fingers are well stuffed with the fresh and naturally sweet fish paste, cooked till the right doneness so that the fish's texture will not be affected.

Fried items were well done. The fuchuk slices were light and crispy but a bit too oily. Dumplings is must try item here. Inside is stuffed with fish paste mixed with spices, ear fungus and carrot bits. Very well seasoned and tasty.

The soup came with potato leaves and is refillable. It has a natural pleasant sweet taste and very nice to drink.
