This delectable Salmon Kabuto Miso was served hot in a mini wok, with a variety of fresh and flavorful ingredients in Miso or soybean paste soup. The main ingredients including deep fried parts of salmon fish head, slices of Japanese fish cake, Japanese mushrooms, shimeji and enoki, assorted vegetables such as cabbage, carrot and leeks, and glass noodles.A generous portion of the salmon fish head was served, it was tasted fresh and went very well with the flavorful and rich taste of Miso soup.
