Nan Kara Kani Koumi Age @ RM16 First time seeing this long japanese name for Soft Shell Crab. It comes in a whole piece of soft shell crab and topped with mayonnaise ''web''. The taste is actually quite different from the usual soft shell crab I tried in other Japanese restaurant. This crispy part of it is like harder than those KFC skin texture. The skin is very thick and tasteless. I think they added too much flour. Worst still i can't taste any aroma of soft shell crab. I wonder did i order t
