On days when I do eat carbs, I still make sure I get plenty of protein. This time, my breakfast is roti sardin. Not one of the fanciest fish around, but it gets the job done. That "stink" of sardines is actually very enjoyable, especially when wrapped in fluffy-crispy roti and drenched in thick curries. The fish curry is sour, and not spicy at all; and the dhal is thick and lumpy - just the way it should be.
