When the waiter cooked it on a big flat pan right in front of us, the aroma was so tempting as the combination of vegetables, sauces and meat was fried together. After 5 minutes, he was done and we were asked to give it a try. We decided to add rice and ddeokboki (rice cake) and they added it in after we finished half of the initial portion. Although it was a tad bit oily, it was bursting with flavours and would probably be my favourite Korean dish from now on.
