When we first sat down in Bulgogi Brothers, even before ordering anything, a bowl of corn on cob and edemame was served. So wifey and I munched them while trying to decided on what to order. The corn on cob and edamame was steamed nicely, though the edemame was slightly oversteamed, hence the skin pretty much fell apart when we tried to press the seeds out. They didn't put salt in it, hence the corn and bean taste was quite au naturel. A good starter indeed.
