Our favourite soup base at Coco Steamboat (海底炉) is the giant pork knuckle bone milky and creamy Double Stewed Soup base. I believe it is boiled for many hours and contains a lot of collagen. Coco Steamboat has moved to a new location which is super big and spacious.
