The brinjal came in a hot claypot. The aroma of the fish paste flow across the table. The brinjal was thickly cut, made it slightly difficult to eat the whole piece. Nevertheless, it was soft and has absorbed the essence of the fish paste. The minced meat was generous and slightly salty. This dish has to be eaten together with rice in order to avoid the high salt level.
