Of course I had their famous Gei Wo Bao- which is actually a Chinese Bun with Loh Mai Gei (Glutinous rice) nestled within. The Gei Wo (雞窩/nest) literally means the glutinous rice which resembled nest, while the word Bao (包/pau) means the bun encasing the glutinous rice. The whole concept was interesting but I found the taste just normal, but the meat topping for glutinous rice was very flavourful, went well with the sticky, gluey rice. Pau was not bad, fresh, soft and fluffy.
