I would say the only thing special about the ice-cream here is the unique preparation technique. The workers would dump the ice-cream back into the machine to be 'reprocessed' before serving. I choose the chocolate ice-cream and the taste was predictable while the texture was rough with bits of ice still in it. The chocolate tasted slightly more bitter and I couldn't taste any milky flavor in it.
