Errm.. I would have to say the Chocolate Snow Ice could have been better. I don't know.. maybe chocolate's best eaten when been moulded into the typical creamy ice-cream scoop. I mean, c'mon a chocolate sorbet doesn't really sounds very appetizing too, right ? Well, so no surprise there when this Chocolate Snow Ice scores rather poorly. Chocolate just does not go well with snow ice, even when drizzled with rich chocolate ganache...sigh:-( ..the only saving grace are the banana and nata de coco

Chocolate just does not go well with snow ice, even when drizzled with rich chocolate ganache...sigh:-( ..the only saving grace are the banana and nata de coco slices with garnishes the dessert.
