coming to Hometown Steamboat, i think one of their specialty that makes them stand out from other steamboat outlets is that they have chocolate fondue! their chocolate fondue is surprisingly worthy at a price approximately RM20++. for a type of dessert that is meant to be shared, i'd suggest having this only when you're eating with a group instead. the chocolate fondue consists of mixed fruit (chopped apple, strawberries and banana), mini chocolate cookies, chocolate love letters (biscuit rolls)

the chocolate fondue consists of mixed fruit (chopped apple, strawberries and banana), mini chocolate cookies, chocolate love letters (biscuit rolls), marshmallows, sliced bread pieces and two flavours (minimum) of ice cream.
the fruits were, frankly speaking, not frozen and cold, while the biscuits and marshmallows given in a small portion. but then again, for such a cheap price, i think you get what you pay for.
the ice cream are also plain ones, that vary accordingly. on certain days they might give you a different flavor.
