This Chinese Mustard at times comes with some bitterness but is also very nutritious. Luckily this time round that is served at temple café bears no bitterness but crunchiness instead. It is cooked with other ingredients like mushroom and diced capsicums to balance off the mild flavor of pungency that this green would exude. The gravy of this vegetable is nice to be eaten with white rice.
