Fish & Co. is among one of the many chain restaurants which has invaded our local dining scene with a degree of success. This dish has quite a lot of gravy, in fact it was overfilled compared to the amount of pasta. The pasta was cooked very well, al dente. The chicken and mushroom was sufficient, although I would prefer more chicken than mushroom. The dish was so creamy that at the end of the dish I could barely complete it as it was too heavy.
