Owh yeah! Another lovely gem of a char siew place, in Shah Alam. It seems Shah Alam is loaded with good char siew places! The char siew here is cooked till the fat is totally melted, such that you can taste it, but don't have to chew the fat. The skin is golden sweet and slightly crispy (unevenly), and the meat itself is oozing with goodness and meaty flavour.
