The century egg fried sui kow in Jojo Little Kitchen is a meal on its own. Perfectly fried, the crunchy skin is not oily at all and very palatable indeed. The filling consists of pork meat, shrimp and a quarter of century egg. The combination is unmatchable. The pungent taste of century egg mixed with juicy pork and shrimp makes it a great complement to any of the pan mee in the menu.
