Bubba's Baked Seafood RiceThis dish actually have the appearance and feel of a risotto and there are way too many ingredient in it like Shrimp, Calamari, Fish, Spinach and Rice with a Parmesan Cream Sauce, topped with Jack and Cheddar Cheese. Unlike the Asian baked rice, there is no burnt sign and doesn't have the crunchy texture I love, but it is still awesome with a slightly 'wet' rice under it. The seafood included is very fresh indeed and with so many seafood in one, this dish actually cost
