The waiter recommended us to have the broiled beansprouts as a complement to our roasted pork and roasted chicken meal. Feeling a bit guilty just scarfing down carbs, we agreed. The portion of the beansprouts for two people is really big. Served with some soya sauce base, and garnished with some fried onions, the beansprouts were merely acceptable as both of us thought that it was slightly overcooked.
