BanchanAnyway, the Korean side dishes served here are still decently nice and presentable. There are Broccoli with gochujang paste, anchovies with nuts, spinach, cockles, slices of sausages and not to be missed, Kimchi. Actually this is my second encounter with cockles, having them as one of the banchan. Well, that I leave all up to my friend for am not a fan of this item. Actually this is my second encounter with cockles, having them as one of the banchan. Well, that I leave all up to my friend for am not a fan of this item. The broccoli is quite crisp and it’s bit unique with the gochujang paste as the dipping, which usually used as sauce for bibimbap. The taste is bit strong if eaten that way. Somehow, I find the sausage slices bit funny as it’s bit salivary and soft, akin to steamed ham. Hmm…..
