Dolsot BiBimBap is one of my favorite signature Korean dish. BiBimBap literally means 'mixed rice' and Dolsot is the 'stone pot' or Korean hot pot.
BiBimBap here is served in a piping hot Korean hot pot with boiled rice, topped with a various sauteed and seasoned vegetables, roasted diced chicken meat and chili paste. Then a raw egg is nicely added on top of the chili paste.
Mix well by stirring all the ingredients thoroughly and enjoy the great taste of Korea with perfect harmony of taste, smell and appearance.
