This is the abalone which is consider very high class and expensive dish for Chinese people. The size od the abalone not very big and small. Actually the taste is very light, it need to eat with the sauce only can bring out the fresh and sweet of the abalone. The feel of bite is chewy because it not overcooked, otherwise it will feel like biting a plastic.
