And with both the indoor space and the outdoor dining ambience, they manage to keep new customers curious and old ones returning for more. Celebrating Siew Wei’s birthday this year at the Silverspoon, we indulged in the Chicken Liver Pate served with toasted bread at RM12 and the Baked Escargot at RM 26. Those exquisite French Snails, baked in garlic herbs butter and served with toasted bread is least impressive
