Ying Yang Noodles a combination of fragrant fried meehoon and kueh tiao noodles. But this Ying Yang Noodles lack of 'wok hei' , taste quite bland , not in my favour. The turned out abit disappointing. But sometimes the Dai Chao here taste not bad, perhaps the chef needs to control the taste be more consistency. Price for single portion at RM6.

This Fish n Chips served in very big portion , it comes with some fries and spaghetti. The fish coated with bread crumb that fried until golden in colour super crispy , not oily and it's nice to eat with tatar sauce . The fries also not bad crispy outer and soft inside. For the spaghetti noodles was nicely done with the right texture and it tossed with some garlic herbs created a nice aroma, very inviting. The price is reasonable and yet you can get big serving, good for value.

Yu Yiee Restaurant is located very near to KDU and it facing Petronas Fuel Station . So is very easy to spot it. You can have Dai Chao after 4pm onwards but for breakfast and lunch you can have Mix Rice , Chicken Rice , Pan Mee , Clay Pot Noodles , Pork Noodles, Wan Tan Noodles ,Bak Kut Teh and Western Food as well. Plenty of choices to choose for. I like the Wan Tan Noodles simply because the noodles springy in texture , top with well marinated roasted Char Siew , the meat soft and easy to che

Ribs King ("Pai Kuat Wong"). Apart from the normal ordering of sweet and sour pork, the second choice would be pai kuat wong. Nowadays a lot of dai chao places are serving pai kuat wong without the bones, but not Yu Yiee. This restaurant still served big pieces of ribs with the bones. The taste was slightly sweet and the sauce was thick and sticky. A average dish I would say.

Belacan Kangkung. We were looking for new dai chao place for dinner and we ventured into this Yu Yiee restaurant in Damansara. The parking was quite convenient at night. We ordered a belacan kangkung. The kangkung was stir fried with belachan, chilli and some garlic. The belacan was not too strong, slightly salty, and oily too. The kangkung was soft and fresh.

Ginger Beef. That night we were feeling to have some beef, so we ordered this ginger stir fry beef. The whole dish was quite moist due to the sauce. The sauce has slight taste of ginger and there were also a few pieces of thick ginger lying around the dish. It has strong taste of spring onions too. The beef was cut till the right size but it was slightly tough due to overcooked.

Definitely a meal too big for small eaters. Perhaps even enough for two people to share. Underneath is a big serving of salted spaghetti with herbs. I like the taste of the spaghetti by itself but it's too dry without the sauce.The chicken chop is juicy and tender with a crispy skin. I thought the skin was a bit oily and fatty in certain areas. Altogether with the sauce, it was pretty good and affordable.

This may look like unappealing plain spaghetti but it will surprise you. The tomato sauce is actually very tasty! It was probably cooked using fresh tomatoes and does not taste like cheap canned tomato sauce. It is lighter and more watery then many shops but that has not compromised the sour tomato taste. Many chicken chunks can be found in the sauce. These are not tough to eat and absorb the taste of the sauce. Overall, I felt it was well worth my money and it makes an affordable meal for the s
