When I first ate this noodle few years back, it was about RM10 per bowl. The price has been climbing ever since. Now it about RM15 for a small and RM17 for a large bowl of seafood noodles. When ordering you have to choose your soup based, Plain seafood, Curry or Tom Yam. And there are chances to request for mix soup if you want. Then choose your noodles- mee hoon, mee or kuey teow. The tom yam and curry is quite strong, suitable for those you like spicy food, else go for the plain in you want to be on the safe side. Regardless of what soup you order, it has a very sweet seafood taste boil with all the shell fish, prawns, cuttlefish. Very original without artificial flavouring. You can taste this best with the plain soup. If you order the tom yam or curry, the strong taste may overpower the seafood sweetness of the soup. The ingredients are generous with large prawns, fish meat and cuttlefish, clamps all in a bowl. For the price, you have to decide if it’s worth it or not. This place has improved with air conditioned room so you can enjoy a hot bowl of noodles with less perspiration. If you want a cheaper alternative yet able to enjoy their soup, you can go for fish ball noodles, which is about half the price of the seafood noodles. It has good chewy fish balls but minus the seafood ingredient but the soup based is the same.
