Restaurant Yoke Heng is a typical no frills & pretty well known eatery nestled in Seri Kembangan. This place is famous for their Clay pot Mouse Noodles (Nga pou lou shu fun) which is the main dish every single patrons would ordered. Be it lunch or dinner, it has always been their best seller. It's their star and signature dish.Unlike any other clay pot mouse noodles which is cooked with black sauce, their version is infused with a lighter broth, almost a braised version. Other dish may be a little salty but stir fry lettuce complement the dish, fresh vegetable, stir fry in garlic oil. When it comes to claypot lou shee fun, Yoke Heng restaurant is a must visit. Though I don't quite like the service, as they can be not very humble at times, but food is good. There is 2 seating area, an open area and an air-conditioned. The claypot lou shee fun is very tasty, a little salty, as it contains fried shrimp, mushroom, seasonings which makes the taste. Best to add with vinegar. Very creamy texture and can be very filling.

Fried Lala at Restaurant Yoke Heng is a special dish that is memorable, from taste to the texture. The average size of this lala (clam) is just nice, not too hard. The lala is fried with high heat and to be quick as not overcook. The taste, yummm... the dried shrimp, shallots, garlic, very aromatic. The seasoning is not too salty, best taken with rice. A very tasty dish.

This is the yoke heng restaurant at sri kembangan. Yoke heng restaurant is a chinese style restaurant that serveddifferent types of chinese food. This is the fried lala.This is nice! The lala is so fresh and each of it is so big.As you can see from the photo, the portion is quite big too. The lala is fried to perfect tender and the sauce is so tasty. Another signature dish at here---Pork ribs in Foil where actually cook in Marmite Sauce. Since many people keep recommended this dish and yet I had put a high expectation on it. The pork ribs are mix with fat and lean meat, juicy and quite large in portion. However, the taste is ok only as I felt that is too sweet for me and the pork ribs are quite hard to chew too. What I can say is it isn’t special.

This time try their others dishes –Fried Lala. Normally we need to tell which style that the dish need to be cooked, but at here they only have 1 cooking style. So, no choice just have a try.
