以前时常都被黄鳝焖猪肉，可是我却没吃过真正的黄鳝，所以来到叶仁茶餐室看到这道宫保黄鳝便点来试下，虽然这道菜的名字叫宫保黄鳝但却不像黄鳝的煮法，因为都没看到有辣椒干，味道也不辣，还好吧了，但黄鳝的鱼肉非常滑嫩，肉质鲜甜，蛮好吃的应该只是煮法没什么对罢了 continue reading

As we're used to having vegetables during meals, we ordered a big plate of mushrooms. Although not green, they're close enough. The mushrooms are lightly cooked with onions, sweat peas and carrot shreds. Was happy they didn't over cook the mushrooms as they're still juicy and not dried up. Cooked with a hint of sauce, it added a slight salty flavour to it without overwhelming the natural flavour of the mushrooms. continue reading
