来到叶铭用餐,这里会有一个很好的习俗就是,店家一定会奉上一个小茶壶和几个小茶杯,这样喝起来特别有味道,我们选择了冻顶乌龙茶,经过了小茶壶泡过后,乌龙茶特别的香,但是因为用小茶壶所以茶很快就喝完了,需要一直加水。。

炒沙鱼肉其实是炒鲨鱼肉,这道菜的煮法有点像宫保的做法香香辣辣的,汁有点油但是陪饭却很好吃,鲨鱼肉是怎碟菜的主角,鲨鱼的肉质十分嫩,滑滑嫩嫩的,应该是用年幼鲨鱼煮的,鱼肉切成小小块的但还蛮厚的,所以口感很好。。

叶铭的干肉骨茶蛮特别的因为加入了干鱿鱼丝和羊角豆,配上大量辣椒干煮,干肉骨茶变得又香又辣,而且肉的份量还蛮多的,肉也很大块,可是有点不好的是因为肉太大块了,所以煮的不够入味,有点可惜。。
