However, the moist of the tofu is remain inside and the tofu is still silky and soft. It is best served with mayonnaise or ketchup sauce. I prefer served with mayonnaise sauce as I like mayonnaise a lot.

The sauce is cooked with egg and crab meats. It tastes like fried wet kuay teow. The broccoli is very fresh and soft since there are a lot of sauce covering them.
