臭豆腐對我來說是一個在老遠聞起來非常臭，但是一走近就沒有了味道，吃起來更是爽脆而且軟。外皮炸得脆脆，裡面還是保持著嫩滑感。再配上辣椒醬和最重要的醃製白菜，就非常美味可口了。

Deep fried until golden brown, outside layer is crispy and inner layer is soft. Dip with chili sauce and mix with sour vegetable. Long queue too. So have to wait.
