Whenever I passed by this place, there will be a crowd of ‘gwai lou’ chugging beer and cheering on a game of rugby or any sports that is being played on the tv. Whenever I passed by this place, there will be a crowd of ‘gwai lou’ chugging beer and cheering on a game of rugby or any sports that is being played on the tv. Not that I have anything against it but curiosity got the better of me and I decided to try this restaurant.

I was recommended their signature pork knuckle and had a mug of erdinger weissbier to go with it. The Erdinger Weissbier is a Bavarian style brewed beer with an outstanding and unforgettable wheat beer flavour which penetrates every taste bud on my tongue. The skin of the pork knuckle was the best part. It was crunchy yet not too oily with a slight tinge of herbs to go with it.

Weissbrau German Bar & Bistro, a great German bar to have some really good beer and food in Pavilion KL. My first time over at this happening place was back in May for their new menu launch.  Touted to be one of the best wheat beer around, Schneider Weisse wheat beer are all brewed with incomparable brewing art. Their diligent production creates its own characteristic taste and its unique aroma. Together with the original recipe, the excellence of the art of brewing wheat beer is passed from generation to generation. Now we get to taste this awesome beer in KL itself!

 The sausage platter tasted really good with various types of sausages, with some that are really huge. As for the Bavarian Bacon and Cheese Burger which costs RM28, I would say the meat really melted in my mouth.

The Traditional "Flammkucken" pizza was unique in a sense various toppings were added in, on a really thin crust.
