Fried riceThis is the fried rice. The fried rice come with a very cute shape and quite a long time didn't see fried rice come in this way. This fried rice is different with the usual chinese fried rice.It taste lighter. The best for this fried rice is,it's not oily at all.It taste a bit plain and not much soy sauce on it.The thai chilli sauce taste very nice and very match with the fried rice. continue reading

Simple chinese restaurant with red cloth on round dining table, it makes a old way and comfortable method for chinese family who would like to eat fish. This Tilapia fish is quite famous for steam reasons, it has the perfect blend with soy sauce or oyster sauce, the flesh of the fish is very tender as the restaurant always serve it fresh. With the Chinese wood ear fungus and cashew nuts, I'm delighted with the crunchiness of the dish. Very well-balanced taste, and not salty for me. I then happily munch away the flavourful dish! continue reading
