好喜欢这一道料理！端来就嗅到浓浓的椰子香味了！这一款料理就没有大量的蔬菜了。害怕蔬菜的人可以点这个。他们的Claypot Braised Chicken Coconut把鸡肉都煮得非常的好，咬起来的口感不会太软或太硬，鸡肉酱汁一流。它的分量也不少。

这里可以吃到一大堆的牛肉，越南餐肯定是牛肉爱好者的最爱 这一款烤牛肉片和牛肉串烧都非常的棒，牛肉非常的肥美。而且也烤得非常香浓。当然这是越南餐，少不了大量的蔬菜 它有大片的蔬菜让我们把牛肉包在里面吃。吃起来又香又清。非常协调。

来到越南餐厅，要点越南餐，首先想到的当然是越南著名的越南牛肉面啦！越南的食物都比较清淡吧，每次都会有非常大量的蔬菜在菜肴里。当然牛肉面也不例外。它里面放了许多生的蔬菜，一些青色的不知名，还有大量的豆芽和九层塔，配上浓浓的牛肉汤面非常清香。牛肉的质感也非常的棒。

说到越南菜，就不会忘记他们的牛肉米粉以及越南春卷。今天来到这家越南餐厅，当然也要点这几道才知道他们的越南菜做得是否地道，顺道一提这家餐厅的装潢还不错，气氛很好。他们的越南春卷有点逊色，没越南的好吃，味道较弱。越南米粉呢就还不错的，味道媲美道地的，虽然认真讲的话还是输少少。

印度咖喱就吃得多了，越南的也是第一次吃。这个咖喱是装在椰子里面的，里面当然也是充满着椰子的香味，咖喱汁很浓稠味道也是很浓郁，里面得海鲜也不少，煮到刚刚好，味道很下饭。

有一点后悔叫了这个Grilled Beef in Bamboo Tube。外表看去来牛肉好像腌制到很好味道，吃起来却是淡而无味，只是隐约吃到牛肉的味道，配上单调的辣椒酱。但是这个不是重点，重点是很难咬啊。

很适合在炎热夏天吃的料理，这个Seafood Mango Salad with Agar口感很清爽，因为下面好像河粉的尽然是新鲜的鱿鱼，我还以为是那种甜品里面有的河粉。上面的芒果丝味道比较酸，但是加上了酱汁甜甜的味道给中和了。

我还以为这只有泰国料理才有的炒饭。原来越南也有。颜色方面我觉得这里的黄得比较自然。味道方面比较清淡，也没什么咸鱼味。米粒软硬适中，粒粒分明。服务方面我还是颇有微言。明明向服务生招了几次手怎么视而不见呢？

相信这道料理在越南菜里并不陌生。然而却是我到现在也难以接受的料理。主要原因是因为面条里的配菜，豆芽，九层塔都是生的，因为如此就有一种草腥味。不过汤头还算浓郁，牛肉软硬度还好，河粉带点嚼劲。份量也蛮多。

It is juicy and went very well with rice. I love the spring roll as the filling is very generous, taste good as well. Deep fried till crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, it is certainly more unique than chinese style spring roll.
