This is Grilled Long Fed Aussie Prime Sirloin. The sirloin steak was nicely done, not overcooked or under cooked. The sirloin tasted very fresh and juicy. Love the special sauce prepared by the chef, the sauce brings out the flavor and taste of the sirloin steak. The corn on the cob was lovely. The corn was sweet and juicy. Baked potato was too dry and the seasonal vegetables tasted bland. continue reading

The sirloin steak was served with fries, sweet corn and mixed vegetables. The fries were thickly cut and I love it, crispy and soft. The corn was sweet and juicy. The vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrot) were boiled to softness. The Sirloin steak was medium-to-well doners. In fact, it was a really juicy and tender steak. It was grilled nicely and the meat tasted fine, not too salty. continue reading
