这里这个草莓马卡龙蛋糕，还是头一次尝试，将草莓蛋糕和草莓马卡龙混合在一起，蛋糕里夹着草莓蓉所有味道甜丝丝的，隐隐约约带着果香的甜，柔软的蛋糕配合松脆的马卡龙，配搭不错。

这道咸三文治是由切片鸡肉末 ，新鲜的生菜丝，再配上切达干酪，还有奶油可以沾吃，所以这道咸三文治冰冰冷冷的口感，咸咸的味道中和了红茶微微苦涩的味道，丰富了层次和口感。

在这里当然要享受这里出名的英式红茶了，味道丰富和口感细腻的英式红茶倒在英式的瓷器餐具里面，高雅美观，美味之余也可以有视觉上的享受，真的是只有贵族才可以的享受了。

享受完毕一个安逸的下午茶，临走时，点一个水果拼盘来消除一下刚刚蛋糕的油腻和清除一下味蕾不失一个不错的选择，拼盘里有西瓜蜜瓜黄梨等等，吃时可以再沾一沾微微酸的莎莎酱增添味道。

在这里享用一个安逸的下午茶，这个芒果奶油蛋糕必然是你的最佳选择了，白白的奶油入口香滑，厨师选用了当造的芒果融入蛋糕里，所以蛋糕里有非常浓郁的芒果味，非常鲜甜可口，味道真的非常不错，感觉很特别。

这一份英式鸡肉Lasagna非常的一般，个人还觉得有点失望，因为我觉得芝士的味道不够香浓，里面的芝士也不会很多。这还好里面的馅料放得挺多的，酱汁也刚刚好酸甜的，烘烤过后也不会太干，味道不错吓。我觉得芝士在这一碟英式鸡肉Lasagna担当了非常重要的角色。

他们这一家店的松饼味道还是蛮不错的，吃了过后不会粘牙齿。把松饼切开，然后放进他们自制的草莓酱，吃下去味道和松饼之间呢取得了平衡，因为松饼带少少的甜味，而草莓酱就带少少酸。本来我对草莓酱是没有什么兴趣的，后来吃了一口后竟然喜欢上了这一种味道了。

Dropped by this place to visit a client, while waiting my client, I ordered a pot of Rose tea.They served the English tea with a delicate tea pot, the pot was covered by a cotton with floral pattern, looks elegant. The environment are full of floral pattern and lace. in term of the tea, is actually normal taste, nothing special. But honestly, for ladies, I believed you will enjoy to have a tea time at this environment.
