this mushroom is called fungi trifolati- mushroom garlic.Served hot and the aroma of the garlic is just nice.Tastes good.taste is very much crispy and fresh griled from kitchen

pizza also taste good. very thin layer and the cheese melt in to the mouth. this is like hawaian pizza with tuna and tomato and cheese pizza. salad is fresh and the salad dressing is good

located at jaya one, hard to find this place. We reach at 11.50am, and it is a really difficult place to look for.Maybe it' s just my second time being there. But the signboard of this restaurant is not really clear. It seems like they just open the outlet and there is no air-cond. When we step in , the Malay waitress just open the air-cond and do housekeeping. The pizza is so crunchy and the portion is just nice for two person.Better than those from Pizza Hut and Domino's i guess.

And because we were only entitled to one pizza and I thought it wouldn't be enough, and also because I saw the menu just consisted of pizza and pasta, I decided we might as well sample their Fettuccine Alfredo (RM 12.90).The fettuccine is advertised as homemade, though I can't taste a difference. What really got to us was the cream sauce - it had such an overpowering creamy flavour to it and we just couldn't put our finger on what it was. The fettuccine is advertised as homemade, though I can't taste a difference. What really got to us was the cream sauce - it had such an overpowering creamy flavour to it and we just couldn't put our finger on what it was. There wasn't nearly enough chicken bits and Wendy thought there was a slight margarine aftertaste to this dish. Whatever it was, the taste was certainly cloying, and not one that suited our tastebuds. We struggled to finish it in the end.

For our main meal, we could choose from one of about 6-7 different types of pizza. First thing that struck me - no equivalent of a meat lover pizza! Everything had either chicken or beef but never everything together. In the end we settled for the Pizza Canadese (RM 19.90), which is a cream based pizza topped with chicken sausage, spinach, mozzarella cheese & fontina cheese.

We were also entitled to the Funghi Tritolati (spotted at RM 3.90 on their menu). The waiter was very enthusiastic about them, but unfortunately we didn't share the same passion as he did. It was basically sauteed mushrooms with plenty of garlic. The garlic flavour was so strong that it kind of overpowered the mushroom. Also because it was overdone, it ended up being very chewy, which I didn't mind, but Wendy thought it was just too rubbery. I ended up eating the bulk of it..(!)

The deal entitled us to either one soup or salad each. Unfortunately there was no soup (in case you didn't already know, my pet peeve is being told that they are unable to provide what was stated in the deal), so we were both forced to have the salad. What can I say about the salad? The picture says everything; lettuce, olives, carrots, and a bit of sweetcorn. Oh and let's not forget the thousand island dressing! Everything tasted how it should - no more, no less. Can't say anything bad about it

This time, we visited Veneeze which is located in Jaya One. The place looks cozy and nice with the wooden table and chairs and nice pictures on the wall. I had saw the pictures and amazed with the pictures and kinda relaxing place to me.I had chosse Pizza Canadese where the pizza is serveed with Mozzarella cheese, Fontina Cheese, Chicken Sausage and Spinach. I opted for the choice without spinach in it. The taste is kinda nice but is just too little cheese.

Veneeze Restaurant looked warm and cozy from the outside, with a friendly atmosphere inside.Asparagus soup. (Soup of the day). It was thick, good, and the portion was good as well. No complaints. I spoke to the manager about it being a tad bit oily, but he reassured me saying that the mushrooms were fried with olive oil (which I guess is more healthy than normal oil). Took a pizza as well, but since I was so hungry I tucked it, and by the time I remembered it was gone! I took the recommended pizza with lots of stuffing's on top.
Their pizzas in general are not too bad, and most are priced under RM20 for a standard 12 inch, which is the normal rate I guess.

Would I go again? Probably
Try going during lunchtime, they have some offers like set lunches that make it all the more worth it

Veneeze Restaurant is based upon the setting of San Martino Di Venice in Italy. The place is located next to a mamak stall, not sure what is the name (just saw a lot of Indian worker around there). A bit hard to find the place if you are first time to the place as the signboard is a bit small and too bright to spot it easily. I just get the information that this restaurant just started their business few days ago (I hope I get it right).Funghi Trifolati (Fried Mushroom)1st time for me to try thi

Funghi Trifolati (Fried Mushroom)
1st time for me to try this dish and I like it very much. Although, it look a bit oily from the outside but it taste pretty nice. The normal price for this is RM3.90.

From the 6 choice, we choose Pizza Canadese (Mozzarella Cheese, Fontina Cheese, Chicken sausage and Spinach) which is one of the top favourite in that shop. It is a 12' pizza which consists of 8 slides of pizza in case you all want to know. It taste good, the pizza's skin is very crunchy compare to those Pizzahut or Domino's thin crust. From the photos you can see that the whole pizza is full of chicken sausages, every single bite is sausages. You will be wondering spinach on pizza, will it taste weird? I can tell you it taste great with spinach. I will definitely ask them to add extra for next visit. The normal price for this pizza is only RM19.90.

Besides, my brother was craving for dessert that day, so we ordered the only left dessert on their shop which is the brownie with ice-cream. It taste very good, the upper layer of brownie is nuts which is very nice. Best thing is they reheat the brownie so when we eat it you can feel cold from the outside(ice-cream) and hot in the inside. The price is RM7.00.
