Uncle Bob sells one of the best fried chickens in town for a reasonable price at various convenience places like pasar malam and small little stall roadside/lorry. Besides, they also sells fried sotong, sausage and chicken bites too. You can choose whether you want it to be spicy or notm but usually i will go for spicy one where they put chilli powder on top of it. They will then cut it into smaller pieces for you to eat easily.Normally i will share it with people because the portion is quite big continue reading

uncle bob has been opened many stall in klang valley pasar malam.but i had no idea whether all are franchise or what. but all the taste are almost same but operation by different people. they can fried the chicken until very crispy and smell good. the portion of the chicken was big. pricing are reasonable. you can choose want spicy or not , if spicy they will put some chili powder on it. now almost every pasar malam also selling this type of fried chicken. as i know this concept was bringing from taiwan. continue reading
