Just like all Tong Pak Fu outlets, the black sesame glutinous rice is my well sought after for a chewy crunchy snack. Chewy due to the skin texture, while the peanuts blended with black sesame dippings are a little crunchy that is ideal after main meal desserts. The inner balls is filled with black sesame paste and taste sweet. The serving is not big thus by sharing with other desserts with another person is just nice.

Tong Pak fu always have a lot of nice desserts for the sweet tooth. My favourite is the Chilled Mango creamy Sago with Pamelo. This is not very filling and the portion is just nice for 1 person. I love pamelo and the mango that goes along with it makes the desserts sweet, a tint of sour sweet pamelo. The sago is chewable, and the cream is filling. My all time favourite.

Ginger soup tong yuen. We wanted to order the black sesame tong yuen, the dry version but it was sold out that day. Much to our disappointment, so we ordered the ginger soup tong yuen. It has black sesame in it that made it so aromatic, slightly bitter and very compact in texture. The tong yuen was soft and chewy. The ginger soup was gingerly-spicy and I like the taste.

Suria KLCC don't really have much desserts outlets (especially Taiwanese/Hongkie style). Come to think of it, I think Tong Pak Fu 's the only one! No wonder, the queues so crazy everytime I'm there.. There's pretty limited seats and tables so the waiting can get pretty stressful But who cares when they have the best ever Durian Shaved Ice I ever tasted. Thumbs up! It's smooth, refreshing and filled with actual durian flesh. Wow.. everyone should really try it!

Guava Snow Ice came with jellies and pearls. I took a bite of the pearl first which burst into sour juice when I bite it, too sour. Then I took a scoop of the snow ice with the guava puree, it was extremely sour. The snow ice has a faint of guava taste which I prefer to eat it without the puree. The jellies neutralize the sourness of the puree and the pearls. Not a dessert that I fancy.

Crystal Peals with Mango topping and milk snow ice. This is slightly different from the snow ice series where it has mango cubes instead of the jellies. The snow ice is rich in milk flavour, very thick and I love it. The mango puree was thick and added extra sweetness to the whole dessert. The mango cubes were big, fresh and sweet. I enjoyed this dessert very much.

Chilled Mango Sago Crème with Pomelo and Mango ice cream. When this dish was served, only the mango ice cream and pomelo was spotted because it was flooded with sago crème. It was served chilled, so it did not numb my gum with the icy cold ice. The amount of pomelo was a lot and juicy. The mango sago was chewy while the mango ice cream was sweet. Overall, a very nice dessert.

Double Boiled papaya with snow Fungus,

Check out Tong Pak Fu, which hails from Hong Kong & serves Taiwanese shaved ice creations. There's more durian here! Tong Pak Fu's "Durian Snow Ice," made with Tracka durian pulp, is a delicate, melt-in-the-mouth beauty _ more agreeable than expected. Partnered with grass jelly & sago pearls, this truly is a princely portion. Warm walnut cream. Alas, this one tastes a little too artificial to recommend.

Mango and Milk Snow Ice. This combination of snow ice came with watermelon scoops, mango pulps, topped with some cornflakes and strawberry syrup. The ice has strong mango taste and together with the skimmed milk snow ice, it was sweet and delectable. The watermelon scoops were juicy and sweet. The mango pulp juice burst in my mouth. The strawberry syrup added further sweetness to this snow ice.
