Wanted to try their desserts but we were too full. Maybe next time. Will surely return to try some of the other items on the menu.

We try this at bangsar. Always wanted to try it and we finally did it on last Sunday. The entrance is outside the bangsar village. There is also a small door inside the cold storage. Three little pigs and big bad wolf has nice decor, nice food. U should try the wolf's fav!!!! With the carbonara source and the bacon. The empire burger also worth to try. However, the portion is quite big. Two dishes can share by four person. Definitely will pay the visit again!!!!!

The Wolf’s Favorite

At first, we were finding this place after walked from Bangsar Village II to Bangsar Village I for half an hour. We didn't know that the restaurant is located inside the Cold Storage till we asked and walked again.

Finally!! It is located just right beside organic department. There’s a SECRET DOOR to there too.
The moment we sat, I get to smell the strong tomato sauce from a customer‘s dish who sat next to us. It made me felt so hungry at that moment. @_@
So, we faster browsed through the menu and ordered it fast! Because we were too hungry due to after class and were finding this place for quite some time.

Spaghetti with creamy sauce, smoked pork bacon, button mushroom, crispy bacon bits and topped with poached egg. The poached egg is similar with the one in Antipodean.
The spaghetti and sauce cooked is just right. I love their smoked pork bacon instead of crispy bacon bits. *thumbs up*

Spaghetti cooked with their homemade pesto sauce and topped with chunks of grilled pork (cubes).i I personally love the pork in cubes! *yummy* However, it is not as good as The Wolf’s Favorite.

I also tried the Wolf Special (Bacon Spaghetti, RM 29) which was the best of all the other range. There were a lot of ingredients and the bacon was not oily at all.

I ordered the Wild Berry Milkshake (RM 16) which was so tasty. The berries added a lot of flavour to it.

I also ordered a Mint, Apple and some juice drink (RM 12) which was just ok but not that bad.

Somehow i am really disappointed with this basket, it cost me about RM28 and yet is nothing special compare to others, it consists of fried prawn, sotong, french fries, the taste of it is just so so, i cant feel the taste of prawn and is the powder to fried it is too thick and oily. Overall very unsatisfied and does not worth to eat.

Can you identify any pork from the pictures? I can't - because there's hardly any! There's almost no sauce, and it's mostly pasta sheets. They can't even get their basics right, and think they can pass it off as good food by including a few sprinkles of minced pork.

The whole dish tasted mostly like plain pasta with some cheese (tasteless!) with enough tomato sauce for about a quarter of the dish. Granted, the tomato sauce was naturally sour from fresh tomatoes, but it doesn't salvage the dish at all.

I felt very upset after eating this. A complete waste of calories, time, and money. It's not even cheap.

It was a let down. The amount of yolk flowed out was so scarce.
I was really disappointed with this dish. The egg was overcooked as the yolk wasn't runny at all. The egg white was already in its solid state. The bacon was overcooked. It had an unpleasant burnt taste and was too hard. The noodles were cooked el-dente and the carbonara sauce was superb, but I cannot accept overcooked eggs and burnt bacon so this dish is another no-no for me.

Cheesy Pork Lasagne RM26The amount of cheese was really generous. The cheese literally covered up the whole dish! Minced pork meat cooked in bolognese sauce & cheese sauce were generously spread out in each layer of lasagna sheet, resulting in a moist, flavourful and wholesome dish. I enjoyed this dish a lot but some of my friends think that it was tad dry. Recommended.

Oh no, this blog post isn't about a kid's story.

It's about this restaurant in Bangsar Village with a catchy name- Three Little Pigs & the Big Bad Wolf!

The entrance to Three Little Pigs & The Big Bad Wolf was a little discreet- inside Village Grocer, near the frozen good area. The sign is quite small so you'll have to keep your eyes peeled! (Or alternatively, you can enter through the car park area where the signboard is more prominent)

In this version of story, I supposed that the three little pigs loss to the Big Bad Wolf as this is a non-halal restaurant. TLP&TBBW specializes in serving pork so be sure to prepare yourself for a pork-y feast while dining in here!

The sleek & contemporary interior. Despite being a weekday, TLP&TTBW was really full so the waiters ushered us to the outdoor dining area. The weather was blistering hot so we requested for a seat inside. The waiters were clearly not pleased about it, as they already placed the menus on our designated table. They told us that if we were to sit inside we have to split into two groups. We were very lucky as when we were getting seated the patrons next to us paid their bill so we get to sit together!

I really loved their menu's concept! The menu was depict as a story book. Red hardcover, with cute illustration all over the menu, my college mates instantly went ga-ga over the menu, whipping out the camera, taking tumblr-ish shot =D

The names of their dish were pretty catchy too, examples are "I'm-so-hungry-I-could-eat-a-wolf!" and "Mighty Pig".

Interested in Chapter 2?
You got to visit this place from 6pm-11pm. Three Little Pigs & The Big Bad Wolf has two menus, the one we were browsing through was the three little pigs menu, which is available from 9am-6pm.

Frank C. Matra & Gang RM36
A platter featuring 4 different kind of sausages, served with a generous side of wedges and dipping sauce. I can't remember the name of the sausages unfortunately as I misplaced the receipt.

The wedges were deep fried into perfection, nice & crunchy, soft and fluffy in the inside. It goes very well with the tangy cheese & mayo dipping sauce which was really addictive.

FRANKLY speaking, the franks (pun indeed) were not really up to par. I felt like as if the franks were too rubbery and hard. The taste was quite normal, nothing to shout about. And it all tasted quite similar. Except for one which has a really strong peppery taste.
Is it worth the price? I don't think so

Their pork patty is sooo chewy and juicy with some mayonnaise on top so that it is not too dry for the bun.

All in all, personally feel it is overpriced because a simple spaghetti with a little pieces of bacon on top without any spices or special ingredients cost you RM29. But, try once, no harm.
