It's Christmas, so the mood strikes to have a very Christmassy, English meal! Yorkshire pudding here is decent. Meat is flavourful and rich, but a bit chewy. Pudding itself is loaded with beef fat and is buttery and flaky. Lots of vegetables on the side!

Pasta with Mushroom & Cheese❤Pasta是一种属于西餐的餐点。软度恰当的意大利面，再加上Mushroom 的酱料。ermm~真是绝配啊。一个字，‘赞’在意大利面上再加上的奶酪，奶酪味道很到位，使得意大利面更加的美味，好吃。

Chor Ladda❤是一种用来开胃的前菜。花蕊是用西米珍珠（sago pearl，混加鸡肉碎制做的，上面则撒放花生碎点缀。看上去真是美丽极了啦啦。口感也不错，范特西的味道，甜中带咸。ermm 真是一种很好的开胃前菜。XDD~试试吧！

（Kao Soi Kai）是一种清迈咖哩面。把三碗配料和 Khao Soi Kai一起捞来吃。看到配料就知道味觉抛不开酸和辣。。。面条已经被炸过。食客自行倒进配料后捞啊捞～味道酸酸辣辣的。有种迷恋这道美食Kao Soi Kai 有甜酸辣三种味觉，吃出惊喜了！

Bombe Alaska。。盛了酒精的手提壶，然后点燃酒精，紫蓝色的火焰就顺着壶子滑下，『Bombe Alaska』变成橘红色的火焰好特别！拨开了这层的 meringue，里头是美味的冰淇淋蛋糕若你也想感受一下，自己快来尝试吧！哇啊啊啊！

烟熏三文鱼配芦筍。。虽然分量不大，不过真得很好吃。嫩口烟熏三文鱼包住爽口的芦筍。。再加上鱼籽 Tobiko 。。真的没有令我失望！有机会，一定要来尝尝啊。餐厅的环境又很有FEEL啊！啊啊啊！！真想再去一趟。不要错过啦。

位于 Bangsar 的 The Smoke house, 这里多数提供西餐。 而这里的西餐是我的大爱。 和朋友来过几次，每一次点的时候都给我们惊喜。特别推介这里的 smoked salmon 扒和 spagetti, 浪漫的夜晚再加上红酒，哦天！晚餐也可以这样美好。

这款甜品当侍应端上来是只是一坨cream酱的东西罢了，可是有趣的还在后头我们的座位突然暗下来了，然后侍应把点了火的酒精倒在cream上面，感觉很魔幻和有趣，当火灭后我尝了尝外皮，外皮脆脆甜甜的，而里面的冰淇淋蛋糕更是美味，果然做到了视觉和味觉的享受

之前和朋友来到the smokehouse用餐，这里的装潢虽然蛮英式的可是餐牌里的食物却有泰餐和西餐，望着菜单我都没头绪要吃什么了便随便点了这款pasta with mushroom，其实我觉得起司白汁cream和蘑菇是很奇妙的配搭来得，这cream的味道刚刚好不会太浓，配起蘑菇和pasta吃非常美味，吃完后也不会绝的腻，蛮合我口味的

Smoked Salmon with Asparagus对我来说平时只会在电视看到，如今在这间smokehouse看到了当然要点来试试。Smoked Salmon with Asparagus的卖相蛮美的，薄薄一片的三文鱼卷着几支芦笋再撒上一点鱼子酱，三文鱼很新鲜吃起来完全不会有腥味而且还很鲜甜配着芦笋和鱼子酱吃口感还很好，值得推介

这一道泰式前菜Chor Ladda真是令人眼前一亮，精致的摆设，令人有种舍不得吃下去的感觉。碟上摆着几朵栩栩于生的花蕊，而且是用西米珍珠再混加鸡肉碎制做的，上面则撒放花生碎点缀，味道甜中带咸，非常值得令人一试。

这个清迈鸡肉咖哩面又是这里新发现，将爽口的面条倒入碗里，加入特制的酸辣酱，咖哩鸡肉块，再撒入洋葱碎和挤一些柠檬汁，味道酸酸辣辣的，口感十分清新，比起一般的干捞清汤面条有过而无不及。

这个Bombe Alaska是这里的招牌甜品，整个甜品就像一场表演。服务生先拿起一个盛了点燃酒精的手提壶，然后紫蓝色的火焰就顺着壶子滑下，Bombe Alaska顿时变成橘红色的火焰。火息后，似乎烧焦了的 meringue 外层，味道苦苦的，和没烧焦的 meringue 咬起來口感酥酥脆脆、甜腻腻，入口即化，再拨开了meringue，里头是美味的香草冰淇淋蛋糕，真是值得一试。

The Smokehouse's offshoot seems slightly out of place in Telawi. It offers Western fare and Thai favorites, but the Thai options are more extensive. Smokehouse Salad. At only RM8, this turned out to be a smattering of garden-variety veggies in some sort of vinaigrette. Still, a healthy choice. Flower-shaped dumplings stuffed with chicken and nuts. You'll find a better version of this at Isthmus (is that restaurant still around though?). Otak-otak. Kinda average. Maybe we ordered the wrong items

Wanted to tried out The Smokehouse "bomb Alasaka" quite a while.
